This guide provides a description of the features of the Compliance file of a worker and their usage. The compliance file is found in Hub Portal under the WF dashboard and is divided in 5 main sections: Header, Compliance, Performance, Feedback tracker, Account settings - all described below.
This guide is designed to help Hub Managers navigate the compliance requirements of the workers in their hub, so they can assess their employees' performance accurately.

Instructions
When you choose an employee under All employees, their Compliance file opens. The file is divided in the following sections:
Header
In the header under their names, you see the following information:
Employee number
Rider ID (if applicable)
Status (online, offline, etc)
Job position (title of their position)
Contract started (date of when employment started)
Next shift (date of the next shift)
Vacation balance (how many days of vacation they have left)
Actions: here, you have the following options: Set as temporarily offline, Allow early punch-in and Block. See more about these options here under the dropdown Actions)
Compliance
Here, you find the following information:
Compliance tracker: here, you see the number of unexcused no-shows, warnings, and days inactive. On the right side, it shows you when the employee is elligible for termination. Next to its title, the tracker is also labelled with whether the employee is elligible or not for termination.
No-show history: here, you see a tab with unexcused no-shows and another with excused no-shows. The tabs have detailed information on the no-shows, specifically the dates, shifts, and if any reminders were set.
No-show rate: here, you see a summary percentage of the number of no-shows from the employee.
Sickness rate: here, you see a summary percentage of the number of days of sick leave from the employee.
Lateness: here, you see a detailed pie chart of the number of times the employee was late in the previous week, and how late.
Warnings sent: here, you see the number of warnings sent to the employee and detailed information on them, such as the date and the reason.
Note:
If an employee has a sickness rate higher than 25%, you will see the label Sickness rate >25% under Compliance tracker.

Performance
Here, you see the employee's development over time, as well as their performance vs. the target.
Important:
The targets shown may differ from the Hub Manager KPIs, because they are the employee-facing targets. This means the UTR, Average time at customer, and Picking time targets are based on your hub’s weekly performance.
How to use this tab:
At the top of the tab, choose the week you are interested in.
Below the date, on the right, two slide-on options appear: Rider performance and Operations performance.
In Rider performance, you find:
The Acceptance rate
The Deliveries per online hour (UTR)
The Average time at customer
The Trip on time compliance
In Operations performance, you find:

Feedback tracker
Here, you can log feedback about an employee after a feedback conversation. You can also find previously given feedback.
