[Insight] 3 Years of Flink - We celebrate big improvements and look forward to future developments š„š„³
Today we are celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Flink. This is a good opportunity to look back on the positive changes of the last few years.
From paper bags on the ground to the handover process
From bikes without equipment to bikes with saddlebags and boxes.
From a confusing order dashboard to an effective dashboard with lots of functions and data.
From wooden shelving to heavy-duty shelving that meets requirements.
[Go-Live] UberEats rollout - Germany-wide 8ļøā£1ļøā£ hubs live until the end of February š
After a few hubs in which we have already been testing UberEats for a few months, we are going live with UberEats as a Marketplace Partner in almost all German hubs. UberEats will pick up and deliver the orders itself.

[Insight] Bundle Temp Solution - disabled again
The solution to avoid the zero stock orders caused by bundles that we had in place is temporarily removed due to the increase in waste and OOS perception for our customers.
Please note: the team is looking into a long-term solution.
[Insight] On-trip compliance - iOS problem
We have been testing the new "On Trip Compliance" function in the WF app with 50% of our riders for two weeks (see here [link to OnePager]).
Currently, there is an issue with the feature where riders (with iOS) are incorrectly shown as late since the start of their trip.
This is a known bug and the team is working on a fix.
If you notice any other issues with the feature, please continue to report them in #tech-hub-service-de.

__________________________________
[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please contact @space_planning.
