Fire Assistant Safety Training

The fire safety assistant training consists of two parts:

  • A theoretical part, which takes place digitally

  • A practical part, in which you are trained in the use of fire extinguishers. This part takes place on site at a location of the fire protection center.

Instructions

To take the practical and theoretical part of the training:

  1. Click here to register with the fire protection center.

  2. On the homepage you will find a map of Germany. Please select the nearest city where you would like to take the practical examination by clicking on it.

  3. On the following page, you will be taken to the date selection. Please indicate when you would like to take part in the theoretical and practical training.

    1. The theoretical training is offered in German and English!

  4. Please enter the number of employees who will be attending on this date and then click on "add to cart".

  5. The shopping cart will now appear on the right-hand side of the screen. There, please click on "KASSE".

  6. On the last page you will find the billing address details. Please enter your first and last name here, then the following:

Company name: Flink SE

Address. Brunnenstraße 19

Zip code. 10119

Place/City. Berlin

Note: You do not have to enter the federal state!

7. Then enter your telephone number and e-mail address.

8. At the bottom you will find a field for any additional information. Add the following information, as this needs to be in the invoice:

Flink Expansion (your expansion number), DE_BER_XXX (your hub code!)

The names and e-mail addresses of the employees who are taking the course. Since the theory takes place online, the e-mail addresses are required to send the access data to the employees.

9. On the right-hand side, click on "Purchase on account" and then finally on "Order with obligation to pay".

10. You will now receive further instructions via email regarding the theoretical and practical parts of the training.

11. After the training, please upload the certificate via this form and fill out the form and file it in the manual: Order form for fire safety assistants.
