[INSIGHT] 1st Hub Council in Berlin 🤝
Last week, the first Hub Council took place in Berlin, attended by one representative from the Ops Committee of each cluster.
The goal of the meeting was to get direct feedback from the hubs and to strengthen the role of the Ops Committee.💪
What is the Ops Committee?
Contact people in the hubs to gather feedback, bring ideas and criticism to the regional management, discuss and set up suggestions for improvement.
Important: If you want to know more about the Ops Committee or are not sure how to contact the Ops Committee members of your cluster, please contact Sarah Rose or Kai Nowak via Slack.
[UPDATE] Night Cancellations - New Workflow 🖥️
As you may have noticed, the original 'Night Cancellation' workflow has been deleted.
For the new workflow, follow the path below in the Customer Support Channel of your Hub:
HUB Workflows > HUB Cancellation Requests > Night cancellation (insufficient staffing) > Submit
[ACTION] Hub 3.0 Facings List Update - please reprint!
We have expanded the Facings for some high sellers and would like to provide you with the latest version after the shelf changes of the last few weeks.
To Do:
You can find the Facings lists for your Hub in this folder.
Reprint the lists and tape them to dry-shelves and refrigerators
If your printer cartridges are running low, please print the lists at a copy store.

[UPDATE] Upload DEKRA documents in Drive
In order to reduce the load on the hubs as much as possible, the DEKRA reports (inspections, tests) are not uploaded in the Drive. Hub managers will receive an email with derived TO-DOS from the reports.
Authorities will receive the reports from HQ upon request.
[UPDATE] Upload certificates first responders, fire prevention officers, safety officers
It was also created an upload option to upload the above certificates. Here, we get a much better overview of the existing certificates and have the possibility to remind you of doing so and support you.
Please upload all certificates here from now on.
Enter the name of the MA(s) and the hub. Then select the appropriate certificate and write down when it was created. Then attach the certificate and upload it.

This time, you will receive the cards and the samples not attached to each other
The samples plus cards are currently being packed by our DC
Please make sure to add one card and a sample into every new customer order once you receive them
Please make sure to only add this to NEW CUSTOMER ORDERS, since the copy includes information regarding the beginner vouchers which would mislead existing customers

IMPORTANT: The shelf change is valid only for the hubs in the old hub setup.
You can find the shelf changes here.
The changes will go live tonight between 01am and 7am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
