[INSIGHT] Inbounding fill rate in the Inbound Checker 👀
The inbound fill rate indicates how many of the products arriving on the respective day have already been booked in. Information about the fill rate of your hub can be found in the Inbound Checker.
The goal is to achieve a fill rate of 100% every day. 🚀
[INSIGHT] Picking Time per Item - as a focus KPI 🔍
Our current focus is on the key figure "AVG Picking Time per Item", among others, as this has risen continuously from 12 to 16 seconds over the last 6 months.
AVG Picking Time per Item = Average time taken between scanning two products.
Important: The AVG Picking Time per Item does not include the time of the handover process.
Top 3 Hubs: 🚀
DE_BER_ORDE = 9,2 sec
DE_LEI_PLAG = 9,6 sec
DE_DRS_PIES = 9,8 sec
For comparison: The hub with the highest AVG Picking Time per Item is 37.2 seconds!
[GO-LIVE] 100% Inbound Initiative
Last week, the Supply Chain team launched a new 100% Inbound initiative, in which the 10 hubs with the lowest fill rate participate each week.
Task for the participating hubs: All sameday and previous day deviations have to be checked and the reasons for the deviations have to be entered into a Google Sheet.
[REMINDER] Power connections to refrigerators and freezers 🔌⚡
No refrigerators, freezers, over-the-counter cabinets or battery charging cabinets may be connected to multiple outlets in the hub. Therefore, please make sure that these devices are connected to one socket individually or at most in pairs.
Therefore, please check in your hubs how the refrigerators are connected:
If there are enough sockets in the hub, please order in Coupa extension cables with the length of 2m (in exceptions: 3m).
If there are not enough sockets, please post a ticket in "Repair requests" in the Hub Wiki so that an additional installation can be organized.

[INSIGHT] Rewe On-Time Deliveries
At the moment, we are paying more and more attention to the Rewe delivery time windows during staffing and we are also being made aware of delays more frequently, which is also useful and helpful in the case of major delays so that we can request feedback promptly.
In other respects, too, we look within the team about every two weeks to see whether Rewe delivers within the specified time window (on-time). To give you a better understanding of our work, we have prepared the data and some explanations today. In the screenshot, you can see the percentage of deliveries delivered within the time window (i.e. every delivery that came too early or too late contributes to Rewe not being at 100%) by Rewe region, as each region has its own fleet, and calendar week.
Explanations:
The Rewe fleet in Langel (in western cities like cgn, dus, aah) is currently still suffering from strikes, as it has for the last two weeks.
There have also been increased strikes in Oranienburg (ber, pot) and Nossen (drs, lei, che, mag). However, in some hubs in Berlin and especially Leipzig, there is also an increase in early deliveries, which the hubs welcome but are still reflected in the data. In Berlin, we are monitoring the situation particularly in order to bring forward late time slots if necessary.
Regarding the hubs that are supplied from Kelsterbach (fra, dar, maz, off, wie, ash) and Koblenz (bon), we are currently in an exchange with Rewe to improve the situation.
Wiesloch (fre, kar, man, kai, zoe, hei) and Bondorf (str) have been suffering from major logistical problems for several weeks (loss of transport capacity, vacations). However, measures have already been taken by Rewe and the situation has already improved somewhat. We also ask for feedback on a regular basis.
🙋 If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us via the "Other request & delivery feedback" ticket in the Hub Alert app! :)
[REMINDER] Supplier Check-In
In order to be able to measure the on-time performance of Rewe and other suppliers precisely, we would like to ask you again to enter the exact time of delivery.
What counts for us here is when the first rolli was unloaded (please do not enter the completion of the unloading process as the time). This makes it easier for us to exchange information with Rewe, as they also measure their own performance in this way.

[INSIGHT] A high number of unsolved tickets in both teams
Due to absences in both teams (Workforce Support and People Services), we have a high number of unsolved tickets in both queues. We have 658 open cases for Workforce support and 656 cases for People Services.
We expect to be able to solve multiple cases during the week and reduce this number.
We kindly ask you to remind the employees to not open multiple tickets so that their issues can be solved more quickly and to choose the best suitable option in the contact form for faster reply times.

[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please contact @space_planning.
