This guide describes how to report orders that need to be cancelled by the Customer Care Team (CS) in their Slack channel.
This workflow is important, because our aim is to offer Shift Leads, OA+ and Hub Managers more transparency and a streamlined process for cancelling orders. Additionally, we provide our customers faster solutions and more efficiency. This approach aims to boost customer satisfaction.
Instructions
Important:
Only submit a cancellation request if you are sure that the order must be cancelled.
Go to your hub's CS Slack channel.
In the top-left corner, hover over Workflows and select Flink - order cancellation request.
In the bottom-right corner of the next window, select Start workflow.
Complete the form:
In the Order number field, you can enter multiple order numbers to cancel them all at once.
In the Cancellation reason field, select the appropriate reason from the dropdown.
If needed, add any extra details for the Customer Support team in the Additional information field.
Check the Confirm cancellation box to confirm the cancellation.
Select Submit.
Note: this process is not reversible, so please ensure the order really needs to be cancelled before proceeding.
