[INFO] Inbound Checker
An important supporting tool for you to track the "same day" & "previous day" inbound more easily & to be able to intervene promptly in case of challenges.
Same Day Inbound Checker
First enter your hub code
Get a full overview of how many REWE Rollis your hub expects to receive
See the individual Rolli Codes to check if you have received all Rollis and the Rollis addressed for your Hub
Check your current inbound differences
If there was a miscount in the hub rush -> post/correct directly
Maybe the handling unit was mixed up with a single unit -> post/ correct directly
Or the correct data is not stored in the system -> then please create a hub alert ticket
Note on booking in/correcting products: if too little of a product has been booked in, please book it - if too many products of the same type been booked, please correct it
Previous Day Inbound Checker
Look at the inbound differences of the previous day:
Was a Hub Alert ticket forgotten to be created for a product that could not be booked in?

This is a detailed overview of all products to be delivered by REWE on the current day (same day view)

[INFO] Perished and perished light
After getting some requests from you, this week, we wanted to share some insight on the topic: ‘perished and perished light’ and how the decision between the two is done.
When perished light was introduced to our workflows, we were provided with the same material as the hub. We have been working and learning from the same base material as the hub to align on the fresh check rules and should therefore have similar guidelines provided.
Remember: As individual people, some of us might not be as sensitive as others and would, for example, still consume the other raspberries if just one of them was moldy. But we cannot make this decision for the customers. If the product was delivered ‘bad’/outside of our promised standard, we need to take accountability for that.
[This category was also created for us to better understand our customers needs and wants,
and to understand where our fresh checks might need some changes/updates done.]
This topic is included in everyone's onboarding and also often repeated in our knowledgebase and in our daily meetings with the team! In some cases it is still hard to correctly identify which refund reason is correct and mistakes happen (remember that we are also just humans), but we have a whole support team, including the trainers, as introduced previously, that work with correcting such mistakes and share feedback to agents if mistakes were noticed!
We are super happy to see your engagement here and see some requests come in!
🙋 If you have any questions, as always - feel free to reach out to Xenja Jonsson on slack!

Fleet Updates

[INFO] Updates in the Fleet Tool
There are updates in the Fleet Tool! To see the updates, you have to log out of the Hub Portal and log in again.
The updates affect, for example, the process of reporting and closing a claim and updating the status of the bike. Several small updates have been rolled out in recent weeks to simplify this process. We've explained in the previous newsletter the importance of having the status of bikes and damage reports correct.
Better overview of open damages
You can now see at a glance in the Fleet Tool whether a bike still has open damage reports. For this purpose, a new column has been added that lists the number of open damage reports.
Important: A bike that has the status "Operational" must not have any open damage reports. At the same time, a bike that has the status "Maintenance Required" or "Partly operational" must have at least one open claim. If you see any discrepancies here, please update the status of the bike or damage report.
All damage reports at a glance
In the "Damages" overview, you can now see all the damages that your hub has reported and filter by the open damages, for example. If a mechanic was at your hub, you can also select all repaired damages and click on "Fix selected". If there is no more open damage for a bike, the status is automatically set to "Ready for use". This saves you having to set each individual bike to "Ready".
You can also open a single bike in the "Vehicles" tab as usual and close the damage report there as well as adjust the status of the bike. In the meantime, it is sufficient to set the status of the bike to "Ready for use" in order to set all open damage reports to "Repaired". Important: It is not enough just to set the status to "Maintenance required", but damage reports must still be made.

[INFO] Problems with OG SKUs from NL
Please do not post fruit and vegetable items under the Dutch SKUs (starting with 13xx). The SKUs do not contain a country of origin in the designation, which is legally required in Germany, and the replenishment gets mixed up.
