[Insight] DE_BER_ALEX: opening July 1st 🚀
DE_BER_ALEX is live again and will relieve 6 neighboring hubs in the future:
The hub reopening enables us to offer better services to our customers, shorter journeys for our Riders and higher Rider UTR targets.
[Insight] Container and shelf assignment improvements 🪄
Tomorrow, 03.06, we will release some improvements to make the container and shelf assignment process smoother and faster!
The update will contain the following:
Infinite scanning of containers, meaning that every scan adds a new container without the need to open a new input field manually.
The keypad won't be opened up on the container assignment screen, to push the OA for scanning instead of manually inputting the container IDs.
The input field on the shelf assignment screen is auto highlighted when the OA enters the screen.
Here’s what it looks like (only visible to goflink accounts):
[Reminder] Correct use of the rolli validation flow ☝️
We currently have many cases where rollis are being rejected during the validation flow, even though they are intended for your hub and have been logged.
Only rollis that are not intended for your hub and must be returned to the Rewe driver should be marked as “rejected” in Hub One.
Incorrectly scanned barcodes or rollis that are delivered a day early or late should still be marked as "correct rollis".
👩🏫 Learn more about the rolli validation flow here (step 3)
[Go-Live] Facings in the stock correction flow 📲
With the new update in the Hub One app, you can now see the number of facings on a shelf. The term "facings" refers to the number of visible units of a product displayed on a shelf.
Check out the one-pager to learn how to access the facings and how maintaining them can benefit your hub.

[2.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes
__________________________________
[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.
If you have any questions, please contact @space_planning.
Thank you!
