HubOne app

The HubOne app is where all the processes you need for your daily work tasks are and can be accessed on your Zebra device. You will use this app on a daily basis, multiple times, to complete all daily operations in the Hub, such as inbound processes, inventory management and picking.

Instructions

How to install the app

  1. HubOne is getting installed on all Zebra devices by the Device management system.

  2. If you got a Zebra that doesn't have HubOne installed - try to do a Factory reset on that device:

    • Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Erase all data (enterprise reset)

    • With a reset Zebra, continue the startup process by pressing Next, connecting to Wifi and following all the steps on your screen.

    • Your device will connect to our Device Management System and will receive/install all the apps you need.

  3. If the Factory reset didn't help - please contact the IT team via the IT Service desk

How to log-in

  1. First step of the login - Warehouse login can be done with the hub specific HubOne credentials. The credentials are usually sent to your hub (and Hub Manager's) email address. Search the email inbox for "HubOne Credentials" in the form of two QR-codes.

    1. After receiving them, print the QR-codes for email and password and locate them in a place easily accessible for team leads;

    2. For logging in the correct hub, consequently scan the QR-codes for both the email and password in the corresponding fields of the login form (you can do that by tapping once on the field and then pressing the yellow side-button on the device to scan the QR-code);

    3. In case of entering credentials manually, please note that the login is different from the normal hub email, it has format [email protected] (without the "hub." part in the beginning of the email);

    4. If you can't find your HubOne credentials after searching in the hub email inbox (or Hub Manager's e-mail inbox as well), you can ask on #tech_hub_service-de to have them resent to you.

  2. Second step of the login is the User login. Enter your Quinyx badge number using the keyboard or scan the QR code of your badge if you have one.

    1. User has to be punched in for the shift in the same hub where the "Warehouse login" was done;

    2. Important: Creating or editing Quinyx shifts, takes about 5 minutes to sync with the HubOne login system. So if a Quinyx shift was recently created or edited and you cannot login, please try to punch out and in again after 5 minutes. Then try to login again and it should work.

    3. If you see the error message "You are punched in another hub" - double-check the Quinyx schedule, if the punch is correct there, then the warehouse login probably was done in the wrong hub. To clear out the login you can use the "Warehouse logout" option in the top left corner of the app, or delete the storage and cache of the Chrome app and restart HubOne.

  3. You’ll need to log in on the app everyday at the beginning of your shift and log out at the end (using "User logout" option in the top right corner of the app.

Important:

After a long period of inactivity, the user will be logged out automatically. Auto-logout doesn't un-claim the device, so the user might be still receiving orders for picking. Please remember to logout manually every time you stop using HubOne (for example for going for break or doing any other offline work).
