The aim is to give every employee the opportunity to draw attention to grievances or misconduct. The information will of course be treated confidentially. |
Process
Business conduct at Flink is based on integrity and fairness. To live up to these commitments, it is important to learn about potential misconduct and grievances and to put a stop to them. This includes, for example, violations of the Code of Conduct, corruption, theft, discrimination or bullying.
Employees in all countries can securely report specific information to our Ombudsman, Cornelius von Cramm (Legal Counsel), via the following two channels:
E-Mail: [email protected];
By mail and in person: Ombudsman, Flink SE, Brunnenstraße 19-21, 10119 Berlin, Germany.
Our Ombudsman will investigate any reports and, if necessary, conduct further fact-finding. The confidentiality of the whistleblower is guaranteed.
The presumption of innocence applies to those affected until a violation is proven. In certain cases, there may be a legal obligation to inform the accused person of the allegations made against him or her. In this case, the identity of the whistleblower – insofar as this is legally permissible – will not be disclosed. However, there is no claim to confidentiality in the case of the deliberate posting of false reports aimed at discrediting a person.
Please note our privacy policy for reports made via the whistleblower system.
We encourage all informants to use this internal reporting channel. However, whistleblowers can also contact external federal reporting centres. In principle, the Federal Government's external reporting centre at the Federal Office of Justice is responsible for receiving reports. The BaFin is the correct external reporting centre for reports relating to financial services supervision or insurance companies. Information on antitrust issues can be directed to the reporting centre of the Federal Cartel Office.
