As a rule, the short-term parking of bikes in front of our Hubs does not constitute an infringement of public use, but the situation might be different if the bikes are parked there permanently. We precautionarily need the permission, especially if there is not enough space in the Hub for the bikes. Strict attention must always be paid to ensuring that bicycles are parked in the most space-efficient manner possible at all times and that pedestrians are not obstructed. |

During the layout planning of the hub, the Expansion Team and Public Affairs are in contact with each other to contact the appropriate offices if a special use permit is needed.

Why is it important?
Unauthorized use of public space in most cases leads to administrative offense proceedings.
At the same time, parking bicycles in the Hub without a designated parking space/room separated from the goods on the shelves is not possible from the point of view of food hygiene.
