FAQ
Best positioning of the Meraki box and the Fritzbox
The Meraki should be placed as high up as possible and not surrounded by large physical objects (e.g. thick walls or refrigerators) so that the signal reaches as far as possible. In addition, the Meraki should be placed as centrally as possible so that both the front area and the rear area of the hub are covered.
The FritxBox is connected to the TAE socket using a DSL cable and then to the Meraki using a LAN cable; the lengths of the cables can vary.
If there are any problems with the positioning of the Meraki or the FritzBox, please create a ticket.
Starting up the Internet using the FritzBox
As soon as the DSL line from Vodafone has been activated in the hub, the FritzBox must be set up using the MIC, which can be found in the welcome letter. If you can't find the welcome letter, please create a ticket here.
If you have to report a stolen, broken or lost device
Create a ticket here
Please include the following data in the ticket:
Hub Code;
Serial number or IMEI;
Attachment of the police report, if stolen.
Alternatively, if you are unable to log into the Service Desk, you can send an email to [email protected].
Why is it important?
We cannot pick and deliver orders without an internet connection. Therefore, a permanent internet connection is required.
If the Internet fails, we must try to re-establish a connection as quickly as possible. Here, the Giga Cube serves as a temporary support.
The correct placement of network devices is very important for a long-term functioning connection.
