Workflows for Rehire Feedback and Feedback after In Person Meetings
There are different workflow for different types of requests:
Live Review Request: Hub Managers and Regional Rider Op’s Managers can use this workflow to make requests for the team to review the applicants’ data who are in the Hub for an assessment at that moment and have uploaded all the documents.
Contract Request: Hub Managers and Regional Rider Op’s Managers can use this workflow to prioritise certain applicants so they would receive contracts quicker than other applicants.
You can reach out in the fountain local help channel and the Rider Growth Team will try to help you as soon as possible.
Regional Operation Questions: #"region"-rider-ops
There is an account request channel for each region in Germany. If you are not invited to the channel for your region ask your colleagues to invite you.

Important:
This channel must be used to request support regarding the account creation of Hub employees that for some reason failed to be created during integration, as well as request extended rights (e.g. planning access, additional Hub). Rights extension may be rejected depending on the case. Central Ops and ROMs will take care of account requests from this channel, Hub employees and admin users.
