Interested people apply online as Ops Associates here.
Applicants can schedule an interview appointment online through Fountain as part of the application process. During this step, they will learn more about Flink and the Operations Associate role.
For on-site interviews, Hub Managers must pre-arrange available time slots in Fountain in advance.
The interview will be conducted by the Hub Manager - in the course of this, the Hub will also be shown to the applicants and they will have the opportunity to pick a test order.
After a successful interview/ online training, the applicants fill in their personal information online and upload the required documents (e.g. ID card, work permit if applicable) via a personalized link from Fountain they're sent after the interview.
Applicants' personal information and documents will be checked by the Workforce Growth department.
If all the information and documents are correct, the contract will be sent online and can also be signed online.
After successfully signing the contract, the new hire can start the onboarding process.
