Interested parties apply online as a Rider here.
The assessment is done online on Fountain. In the course of this, the applicant will get to know about Flink and the rider role.
After a successful training, the applicants fill in their personal information online and upload the required documents (e.g. ID card or work permit if applicable) through a personalized link sent to them via Fountain.
Applicants' personal information and documents will be checked by the Workforce Growth department.
If all the information and documents are correct and there is a hiring target for the hub, the contract will be sent online and can also be signed online.
After successfully signing the contract, the onboarding process can be started.
