Instructions
Product recalls are announced in the Slack channel "de_ops". At the same time, a Flowtify check is activated in the app. Follow the instructions there:
Immediately remove the mentioned products from the shelves and the backstock and destroy them.
Please complete the Flowtify check as soon as you have completed the second step.
Important:
In some cases, there is a return shipment. When this happens, you need to follow the instructions in "de_ops" accordingly.
4. Outbound the products if the Headquarters haven’t done so already.
