Update December 2024: The ladder installed on the inbound cart should be removed from the cart itself. It’s not needed to operate in our hubs as we do not pick from the highest shelves; therefore, whenever you need to access items stored above the picking height, use the appropriate ladders for this.
The new versions of the inbound carts are no longer provided with the ladders, so if you have the newest version, only this update can be disregarded.
