All evacuation plans have been updated during the last few weeks. Please check here if your hub has the latest one printed. If not, print them and replace the old ones in the hub.

Now, you can get the stickers for the shelves here. Tabs 1-120 contain all the shelves for 1-120 A-P and the Tab Special contains the rest. We will also be keeping this file updated! You can find this file permanently on Zendesk in the shelf organization page’s FAQ section.

Starting this week, it's possible to return pallets via Lekkerland. The same procedure applies as with other emballage, such as roll containers, crates, and rollies. Please ensure that the pallets are ready and handed over to the driver.

In an effort to maximize space on dry and fridge shelves, we will reevaluate their number of facings on a monthly basis. This is to give more space to high-selling products and reduce it for underperforming ones.

Today, you can already see on your Zebra the updated facings for September for dry and fridge products.
To ensure everything fits on the shelves, please follow the storage type SU (single unit) or HU (handling unit) and the number of facings on your Zebra.

This will not only help you keep the shelves more organized, but also make restocking more efficient.

In the last few weeks, some products that previously had a shelf moved to shelf 999X.

The reason for this is that the system automatically assigns 999X to all products that are in delisting or were delisted in the past, as they are not part of the Hub 3.0 portfolio.

Previously, these products did not have a place on the old 2.0 shelves. This is why, at times, some dry products were randomly assigned to fridge or freezer shelves. However, with the recent update, the system now correctly assigns them to shelf 999X. Therefore, place these products on the shelf 999X.

A big reason why shelf changes are made is to move products, for example, from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are. By doing this, we can increase the assortment’s size in all hubs, not just in the L or XL hubs.

We can make, for example, an M shelf go from relatively empty to freeing it up and filling up an S shelf with products. This way, we can start filling more shelves from the top down.

This process will be ongoing for the near future, as we need to increase our assortment size. When we do so, we also increase our customers’ basket size.
