đ¨Curtain flaps installation
Following last week's newsletter, we want to know the current state of the curtain flaps in your hub. In the coming months we will use that information to ensure that the flaps are in an optimal state. Make sure to fill in the form before Friday 5th of April.
For any questions, reach out to Marina Tirado MartĂn
đ¨BHV training dates
New BHV training dates are available, please see BHV Master sheet to write in.

â
Important to note;
Your BHV certificate is only valid for 1 year - after this you need to do the physical training again (no e-learning)
We are lawfully required to have 1 first aider on site during operational hours - it is therefore required that all hub managers, shift leaders and ops+ have done their first aid training timeously.
All first aid certificates should be placed at the back of your BHV plan or printed out and displayed against the wall at the shift lead desk.
đ¨BHV plan / Emergency plan with first aid certificates
Every hub should have an English and Dutch emergency plan in a folder at the shift leaders desk. This plans can be found on BHV plans/ Emergency plans NL and should be kept updated on zendesk as well.
This plan is only complete once all the first aid certificates are also included at the back of the folder.
*First aid certificates are directly emailed to those who have completed the course.

Action taken by SC: agreed with supplier to change packaging.
Action hub: please check your deliveries carefully.
2. Olive Oil (Long-Term Quality Issue):
Description: due to the lower temperatures in the supply chain, the oil can become cloudy when arriving in the hubs.
Action taken by SC: reached out to the supplier, the problem will be solved within a few weeks.
Action hub: Store the product in a warm area for a few days/weeks. Don't outbound.
3. Oma's Linzensoep (Overstock with short BBD):

Action taken by SC: pushed leftover stock to the hubs and put a promo to sell it in time.
Action hub: do not outbound the stock and store FIFO.
4. Bananas (Quality Issues):
