Tonight there will be some shelf changes.

Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub <a href="https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1tYP7NIBQi9O96UBiOOnUkOH9MfSJZCG9" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.

Changes will be made in the system overnight.

Tonight, after closure, please remove all these products from their shelves and book them out as expired or TGTG.

- Tonight, after closure, please remove all these products from their shelves and book them out as expired or TGTG.

To cleanup the shelves in the hub 3.0 setup, tonight after closure a list of products will have their location changed 999X or have a shelf change. This will solve the issue of wrong product types assigned to wrong shelves due to the old 2.0 locations. In <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cFhUvaAHfExCiLu90W0EfjxJvXyXVILVMSESTTA0HSA/edit#gid=1522481213" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this file</a> there is a tab for every hub, please make sure to check your own hub tab &amp; make the changes after closing tonight / before opening tomorrow.

Old delisted items -&gt; please outbound as these are old normal delistings. ​

Active items -&gt; these items didn’t have a 3.0 shelf assigned yet, they will be assigned overnight, please check the correct new location along with some regular shelf changes <a href="https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/10UYIFweHBvUSymfBQ9ryKaczOj3JA4wD" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> in your hub tab and in the zebra tomorrow. ​

Items planned to be delisted -&gt; this is the biggest part, this is assortment we are delisting in the future once enough is sold off. For 3.0 these are already removed from the product shelves. For some hubs this is quite some SKUs, please place these on your ghost shelf or leftover backstock shelf. We’re aware it’s not ideal, but it will be a one-time exercise to get all shelves clean moving forward.

We will stop using the 18+ stickers for orders containing alcohol. The process is safeguarded enough via the apps. If you still have leftover stickers you can use them until they run out, after that you can continue without the stickers.
