💡End of Year Count 2023
Please find the latest updates on the End of Year Count 2023.
🚩 On 20.12, we will activate +-400 Rolling Inventory Checks (products with >30 shelf life) per hub
The checks will be shown as an extra option in the Inventory Tab in HubOne
Please complete these checks daily - this is as preparation before the actual EOY Count
Please make sure to complete these before 27.12
🚩 Training Session // EOY Count is planned for Wednesday 20.12 (2PM)
It is mandatory for all Counting Leads & HMs to attend
You will receive an invitation from [email protected]
You will be informed on what we’d expect from you during Preparation & Counting Day
🚩 Preparation Day (from 8PM closed) is planned on 27.12
🚩 Counting Day (from 6AM - 3PM closed) is planned for 28.12
🚩 100% Inbound Rate on 28.12, 29.12, 30.12, 31.12
This is crucial for the end of year audit, so make sure 100% is inbounded on the same day

💡Lekkerland Holiday Delivery Schedule
Only a week left before Christmas & NYE. Hereby, the Supply Chain Team wants to inform you about the delivery schedule of Lekkerland deliveries. Time slots are as usual and the full overview can be found in the Holiday Delivery LL Sheet.
Saturday 23th: normal Lekkerland delivery
Sunday 24th: rescheduled delivery from Monday
Monday 25th: no delivery
Tuesday 26th: no delivery
Wednesday 27th: no delivery
Thursday 28th: only delivery for 13 big hubs (100% Inbound Rate!)
Friday 29th: only delivery for selected hubs (100% Inbound Rate!)
Saturday 30th: normal delivery (100% Inbound Rate!)
Sunday 31th: rescheduled delivery from Monday (100% Inbound Rate!)
Monday 1st: no delivery
Tuesday 2nd: no delivery
Wednesday 3th: normal delivery

💡BHV dates 2024
New BHV dates out. Hub managers can fill in the BHV Master sheet with the relevant details
Please ensure that the email address is correct!
BHV is to be repeated yearly, only write yourself in once your BHV certificate is about to expire, do not repeat when its still valid for more than 1 month.
Dates are as follows;
18 January - Dutch course in Eindhoven
1 February - Dutch course in Amsterdam
8 February - English course in Amsterdam
13 February - English course in Eindhoven

🚨Quinyx ‘No-Show’ update
We have updated the process to replace no shows. Please find all relevant information below.
How was it before?
Currently there is nothing clearly defined on the process. Some hubs delete the shift when shift ends unassigned other hubs have fill rate being reported.
How is it now?
When a rider (internal or external) is no show, please follow the following process:
Select shift
Duplicate shift as unassigned
Add Project Code NS+
Add comment: NS+
Benefits
Correct tracking of absence
If shifts marked with NS+ remain unassigned at the end of the day, they will not being counted as fill rate issue but as no show
Give us more power with external agencies to ensure enough people are available to help

We’ve noticed that hub staff has issues finishing / continuing the Northpass Rider / OA Onboarding Course.
🚩Try logging out & logging back in, use different browser/device
🚩Please instruct all hub staff to fill out the Training Enrolment Form
🚩Please print off this Hub print-out is available on Zendesk, for easy reference to the onboarding course & training enrolment form via QR-code
🚩 All Northpass related issues must be reported via this form, otherwise our Central Training Team is unaware of any issues.
