[INFO] New Pop-up for Large Stock Variation

We released the new pop-up for the large stock variation feature to the check and correction flow. Now when you confirm the new stock during checks and stock correction and we detect a large stock variation you should receive the pop-up below (same as in inbounding flow).

The rule behind this is: When you have less than 12 units of expected stock, you will receive the pop-up when the variation is greater than 3 units. When you have more than 12 units of expected stock, you will receive the pop-up when the variation is greater than 6 units

[INFO] New Hub Alert Version - GoLive Thursday 26-01

What?

This Thursday (Jan 26th) we will go live with a new version of the Hub Alert, because we are switching our backend system.
There will be minor changes in the form to make it faster and easier to submit a ticket. Besides, there will be a new & improved dashboard!

What's changing?

... in the form:

    • Auto-Log In: You will be automatically logged in with your hub account - no need to select your hub code anymore at the end of the form.

    • Improved scanning functions for barcodes and shelf IDs - easier and faster to submit tickets

    • First screen: Only choose between 'New Ticket' and 'All other options'.
Other options includes: Reopen a ticket, add a picture to existing tickets, ask a question, give feedback

    • 'Assortment Issues' will be called 'Product Issues'

... in the dashboard:

    • Filter Function: Filter for your hub on the top to only look at your own ticket

    • All tickets are in the one dashboard (no more separate dashboards per ticket category as we had now)

    • Daily Tasks Dashboard: See all open actions points from tickets which were completed on the current day (e.g. Missing SKU - Inbound before midnight)

Next Steps

  • Click here for more information!

  • We will share all links and additional info on Thursday when we go live with the new Alert!

  • For any questions please send a message to Lucy Kraemer.

[INFO] HubOne App Further Rollout

  • Outbound during Inbound and Stock Correction & TGTG outbound is still being tested

  • We aim to roll this out in all hubs by end of January.

[INFO] Donut Delivery Areas

On Wednesday majority of hubs will go live with Donut delivery areas.

What?

We will expand our delivery areas and have a distance-based delivery fee and minimum order value (MOV). In short, the further away a customer lives from the hub, the higher the delivery fee and MOV.

Why?

We expect no increase in orders (even a slight decrease) but a higher average order value (AOV) which we expect to increase profits and provide more coverage for customers.

For details about the new delivery areas and roll out plan speak to your hub manager.

For question contact [email protected].

Delisting & Shelf Changes

[INFO] No Delistings this week

Please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email.

[ACTION] Shelf Changes

Tonight after closure we have some shelf changes based on your feedback and to optimize some more overcrowded shelves.

Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here or via the button above.

The lists will be available after 3pm today.

Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening! Changes will be made in the system over night.

[Heads Up] Monthly Delistings and Listings Round Next Week

Rider Ops

[INFO] Rider Equipment (Winter Jacket Update)

What?

We’re excited to announce we’re able to release the new Flink clothing collection early – to give you our newly designed winter jacket.

Why?

Highly waterproof to heavy rain and wet snow, premium insulated, and rainbow reflective at night for high visibility and safety on the road: we spent months crafting a winter jacket made to keep the rider protected and warm on the road.

Our new winter jacket is not just highly rainbow reflective at night for safety but has many key qualities, specifically:

  • Improved waterproof level (rated 17,600mm – one of the highest in the industry for water resistance)

  • Premium insulation with padded inner lining

  • Underarm ventilation zippers for better breathability

  • Extended sizing: now available in XS-5XL

  • Modified for all gender types rather than unisex

How?
The new jacket will be available for riders to pick up in the hub from the end of this week onwards – riders must give their old jacket back to you for collection.

  1. All riders who have completed at least 1 shift within the last month will receive a winter jacket. For anyone we missed, the HM can order more via Coupa.

  2. Please ask Riders to give their old jackets in return and store it in the hub.
