This guide explains the process for the Flink Safety Assessment, a mandatory test that ensures our hub leadership has the right knowledge and awareness of safety in the workplace.

This assessment is mandatory for all new and existing Ops Associates+ (OA+), Shift Leads (SL), and Hub Managers (HM).

Before starting, you must review the Flink HEalth & Safety presentation in the training portal.
