Key updates you can't miss

🚲 WF App Update: Cancellations — Live this week (Android)

We're rolling out small changes to the order-cancellation flow in the WF App to cut down on accidental cancellations.

Why the change?

As many of you reported, riders sometimes cancel orders by accident - phone in the pocket, or buttons triggered in the rain. These two small tweaks make it much harder to cancel by mistake, while keeping genuine cancellations easy.

What's new?

Cancel only 10 sec after arrived: the "Cancel order" button stays disabled while the delivered slide-button counter is still running (10 sec after swiping arrived).

Press and hold to cancel: instead of a normal tap, the Cancel button now needs to be pressed and held to trigger the cancellation flow. A progress loading bar will appear on the button while pressing it.

📅 Rollout: for Android this week, and for iOS next week.

  • Hub 3.1: shelf changes posted here at 16:00 today

  • Hub 4.0: shelf changes posted here at 16:00 today

The list is published at 16:00, so please check around that time. The changes go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00, so please make sure your shelves are set. See the different Hub Sizes here!

🎟️ Ticket Processing Update

Shelf changes are implemented only once per week. We typically review incoming tickets on Monday and Tuesday.

So if you submit a ticket on Wednesday and don't see an update by Friday, it's not an oversight — the ticket is simply queued for the next processing cycle, as shelf changes and facing adjustments can only be executed once a week. Exceptions are made only for critical or urgent issues.
