End of Year Count Update

Thanks all for your hard work and contribution to our successful End of Year count 2025 yesterday

For the rest of this year (until 1 Jan 2026), please keep the following in mind:

  • No Manual Stock Corrections:

    • We are strictly not allowed to perform any manual stock corrections until next year.

    • Manual Stock Corrections are disabled in HubOne until Jan 1st.

    • Do not correct any stock levels unless you are performing a necessary outbound for a specific item!

  • Outbounds & Checks:

    • Outbounds for Perished, TGTG, or Damaged items are still permitted and should be handled as usual.

    • Quality Checks: Freshness and BBD (Best Before Date) checks should be performed according to the standard routine.

    • Rescue Bags: Please outbound your leftover rescue bags at the end of the day via product expired.

Reminder: Issue with swapping bikes in the Workforce app for iOS.

There’s currently a technical issue in the Flink Workforce app for iOS. Some riders might not be able to use the “Swap bike” functionality. If they try, they’ll see a “Something went wrong” error message.

If you encounter this issue, please use the following workaround:

  1. Ask the rider to punch out for “End of shift”.

  2. Wait 1-2 minutes.

  3. Punch back in.

  4. Assign a bike in the app.

We expect this issue to be fixed in the next app release in early January.
