Weekly To Do's____________________________________
Pink Flink rolcontainers
Last week, pink roll containers were used again. This was due to a shortage at Lekkerland, which meant we had to use them temporarily. We are aware of this, but thanks for notifying us.
Please make sure to return them first and avoid leaving them at the hub.
Thank you!

This Wednesday, you will get the first delivery of the new meat supplier, with delicious products!
The products will be delivered in big red crates, so this is *new* in the emballage stream. Make sure to follow the same procedure as for the black crates.
đŁ If you are experiencing any issues, let us know via #nl_all-hub-staff.

Key updates you can't miss____________________________________
Order Stacking Update/Test â Turfs 25 & 27
Starting this week, we will be testing a small change in outer turfs 25 & 27, where we add a turf_25 or turf_27 order to an existing stack. This means we could start seeing more 4-stacks.
These turfs represent under 1.3% of orders in NL so most hubs wonât notice any change. In rare cases, we might see trips with up to 4 orders.
No major impact is expected, but if you do notice issues, please flag them to #tech_hub_service-nl
Thanks for keeping things running smoothly!

Tech Hub FAQs
This week, we would like to address two bugs in the Flink Workforce app that are affecting Riders with iOS (Apple) phones. While the developers team is forking on a solution, please use the suggested workarounds.
â
Q: Rider can not access WF app, and he is seeing the âSomething went wrongâ error.
A: Unfortunately, this bug in the Flink Workforce app for iOS (Apple phones) doesn't allow riders who are in some âTemp offlineâ statuses to use the app. Please make sure that the rider is set to Available from his WF profile in Hub portal, and this should resolve the issue.
Q: Rider is getting a pop-up message asking to allow location tracking, and it is blocking other actions in the WF app
A: This is also a bug in the Workforce app for iOS devices. Location access pop-up can be shown even after the location access was already allowed, if the app was not restarted and still uses old settings. If you encounter this bug, please do the following:
Force close the app (not just switch it to the background, but fully close);
Go to the phone Settings -> Apps -> Flink Workforce.
Allow all permissions that you see there (most importantly - set Location access to âAlwaysâ and allow Background refresh);
Restart the Workforce app
If it didnât help:
Delete the Workforce app from the phone.
install it again from the App Store, but donât open it yet;
Repeat steps 2-4.

Breda Crowned Champions Again at Flink Football Finals!
Last Friday, eight teams from across the country came together for an epic showdown at the Flink Football Tournament Finals!
Defending champions Breda entered as favorites, with strong competition from Zaandam and Hengelo looking to shake things up. The biggest scare came in the semi-finals, where Almere came close to knocking Breda out. But once again, Breda held strong, edging past Zaandam in a tight final to lift the trophy for a second year running!
It was an amazing day full of team spirit, energy, and fun. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, you made it truly special. We can't wait to see you all again next year!
đ„ Stay tuned, a film of the event is coming soon! A small highlight video will be shown at the Hub manager's quarterly meeting!

đ€Donât forget the back stock! When moving products to their new shelf, always remember to check and reposition any backstock on the top shelves as well!
Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!
Why do we do shelf changes?
Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortmentâs size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.
For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.
This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.
If you notice products that donât fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the âFacings feedbackâ option in Hub Alert.
