For this we'd love to hear directly from you in a short, anonymous questionnaire to better understand your experience as a Hub Manager. Your insights will help us focus on what truly matters and shape a stronger onboarding journey for future leaders.

Tech Hub Service FAQs
This week we would like to address some questions that we frequently receive in #tech-hub-service_nl channel regarding the Activity dashboard:
Q: Employee already finished their shift but still shown as Idle or doing some activity on the Employee level activity dashboard
A: Employees can be āstuckā in Employee level Activity table due to the various reasons, for example:
Technical delays in receiving or wrong order of activity events;
Users operating in HubOne until the very punch out, leading to some activity events being registered later than punch-out;
User errors in punching out - forgetting to punch out, or closing punch directly in Quinyx, or punching out for Break instead of the end of the shift.
Unfortunately it is not possible to remove employees from the Activity page manually, but the dashboard will be cleared overnight. No KPIās should be affected by this, as long as the punches are correct. Please double-check that employee punches are correct in the Quinyx schedule and adjust them if necessary. There is no need to report this issue.
Q: Employee is actively working, but the stats on the Activity dashboard doesnāt update
A: This is usually an issue related to the cache of the app on a particular device. Please try to change the Zebra device or clear cache and storage in both HubOne and Chrome apps and restart HubOne app after that. Stats should start updating.

The changes will go live tonight between 01:00 and 07:00, so please move the products to their new locations tonight after closure/tomorrow morning.
š¤Donāt forget the back stock! When moving products to their new shelf, always remember to check and reposition any backstock on the top shelves as well!
Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!
Why do we do shelf changes?
Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortmentās size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.
For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.
This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.
If you notice products that donāt fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the āFacings feedbackā option in Hub Alert.
