Flink Football Tournament 2025 - Rotterdam Results and next up: Amesfoort!
Last week, the Rotterdam tournament ran like clockwork! With perfect weather and fierce competition all around, the energy on the pitch was electric. Every team showed up ready to battle, making for some thrilling matchups throughout the day. But when it came down to the final, last year’s champions, Breda, proved they’re still the team to beat. They held their ground against a strong Leiden Noord side and came out on top with a solid 3–1 win in the final. Another epic performance, and a well-earned ticket to the grand final for both finalists!
🥇 Winners: Breda
🥈 Runners up: Leiden Noord

⛔️ Rescue Bag - Do not add products with expired BBD Dates
Since the launch of the Rescue Bags, we’ve seen an increase in customer complaints about past BBD (Best Before Date) products included in the bags.
This poses several issues:
Potential health risk to customers
Violation of health and safety guidelines
Higher refund requests and a negative impact on customer retention
So here is a refresher on the rules surrounding products to be used in the Rescue bags

Key updates you can't miss____________________________________
📦 Inbound Update: Collaborative Dropping. Live: Wednesday - 4.6.25
We're excited to roll out an additional improvement to the Dropping List process that will make teamwork during inbound easier and more efficient.
To prepare for this change, we will hide the Inbound tab tonight from ~ 22:30-23:15 to enable the new feature without inbound lists getting lost, A reminder will be sent via Slack also.
Current Process:
Only one OA could claim and work on a drop-down list at a time. This limited visibility made it difficult for multiple OAs to collaborate effectively.
New Process:
Multiple OAs can now claim and drop the same list at the same time!
This means:
Better collaboration on large deliveries
Improved tracking of who is working on what
Smoother, faster inbound process
How It Works:
Claim a list as usual.
In the Shared Lists overview:
If 1 person claimed it, you’ll see their name.
If multiple people claimed it, you’ll see the number of people.
You’ll also see this info at the top of the list once claimed.
Note: lists will not auto-unclaimed anymore after 15 minutes
Additional Updates:
Facings info is now shown at the top of the product cart. Once a product is inbounded, that info will disappear.
The list auto-refreshes every 5 seconds for real-time updates.
If you are trying to inbound a product which is already been inbounded by someone else during a refresh, you’ll get a warning message. It is not possible to drop the same product twice.
🚨🚨 HubOne Update Tonight 22:30 - 23:30 🚨🚨
🚨To prepare for this change, we will hide the Inbound tab tonight from ~ 22:30-23:15 to enable the new feature without inbound lists getting lost. A reminder will be sent via Slack, also.
At 22:30 tonight, please:
Stop inbounding and unclaim any shared lists(any claimed lists will be lost during the update)
Hard close & reopen HubOne now
The Inbound tab will be hidden, and available again by around 23.30
Update to be shared in tech_hub_service channels

AVG at Customer Time Name Change to AVG Manual At Customer Time
To improve clarity and understanding, the metric previously known as "AVG at Customer Time" will now be called "AVG Manual At Customer Time."
This change highlights that the metric is calculated solely based on the rider's manual swipes when they arrive at the customer location. It does not include any geo-fencing corrections based on GPS data.
The methodology behind the metric remains the same, only the name is being updated to more accurately reflect how the data is captured; this change will show in both WF app and Hubportal.

Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!
Why do we do shelf changes?
Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.
For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.
This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.
If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
