1.1 Put 2 side plates on 2 poles. To do it, use the 4th hole starting from the edge.

1.2 Insert the hook, and then hit with the rubber hammer in the direction that the arrow in the plate is pointing, making sure the upper plate and the lower plate have the arrow pointing towards the same direction (pointing towards the floor).

1.3 Secure the side plate with the screwdriver.

1.4 Repeat the above steps for the remaining 4 poles.

Remember, we are building 5 shelves in each rack (so 10 shelves in total).

2.1 Make sure to put the poles in the correct direction. That is with the arrows from the side plates both facing downwards.

2.2 Insert 4 clips in all poles. Start with the 4th hole from the bottom and make sure there is 50cm in the poles between each clip. The last clip should be on the 3rd hole from the top. 2.2 Make sure to put the clip in and twist (see image) so it’s hooked well. The bottom part of the hook should be resting tightly on the pole.

3.1 Insert the plates as seen in the image, and make sure to hit the plate downwards in the 4 corners to ensure it is well hooked.

3.2 Insert one clamping base in each pole. To do so, just align the pole with the base and push down.

3.3 If you have a single-standing shelf in your layout, it’s crucial that this is mounted properly to avoid it from potentially falling over. To do so, we have U-shaped bolting frames that are provided to you. If you do not have the correct size frames available, please create a property management ticket and they will be ordered for your specific sizing.

4.1 Insert the cross and hooks, and spin the hook accordingly to make the cross tense up.

Make sure it is not too tight and that the poles are perpendicular to the floor.

5.1 To extend the shelves, we will follow steps 2 to 4 using the rest of the material available.

Install the chicken wire onto the back of the shelf; for this part, it is crucial that we leave no sharp edges at all. Ensure this by making sure it’s attached to the inner part of the shelf, see the pink arrows below. So make absolutely sure nothing sticks out of the edges. You will be provided with the wire cutter & gloves to make sure you can work safely.
