Picker Information in Orders Dashboard - Coming Soon!

We are very happy to announce this long-requested improvement to the Hub Portal is on its way, we expect this by end of this week!

From the Orders dashboard, you will be able to see the name of who is currently picking an order and also, within the orders, the name and badge number of who picked an order.

Archived By Column

This week you will see a new addition to the fleet management tab on Hub Portal.

We now have the ‘Achived by’ column which allows us to see if Cycle or Hubs are archiving vehicles, this will also be part of a future update that is currently being tested in some NL hubs, so stay tuned for future updates!

HubOne improvements/updates: Already live!

The week we have a nice collection of small updates for HubOne to inform you about:

Inbounding: Delete functionality for shared lists.

  • You will now have the option to delete any shared dropping lists that are no longer needed by clicking on the three. buttons

  • We already heard your feedback on this, and it will be improved further by adding a warning pop-up when clicking the delete list option.

TGTG Assistant: Will now show current bag value over max value.

A small but helpful update to the TGTG Assistant adds a message at the bottom of the screen to show how much overvalued the current bag being built is, this will help to keep improving our waste utilization.

Checks: Show current stock in fresh checks

Now when carrying out fresh checks you will be able to see the current stock, this way in a clance you'll know if need to check for the backstock of a certain product or if it needs refilling.

Picking: Add input validation to shelf assignment in the handover step.

To help avoid mistakes while assigning shelves, you will now see a validation message if the imputed code isn't numerical or other 3 digits.

Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!

Why do we do shelf changes?

Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.

For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.

This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.

If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
