Quarterly Challenge____________________________________

We are kicking off the Quarterly hub challenge this month and have the first Ad Hoc challenge!

:fire:

The Challenge:

:fire:

Do some local Young Rider recruitment marketing initiatives for your hub by the end of March!

:dart:

It can be the one you proposed at the quarterly, or at least something like:

  • Hanging up posters in a local football club

    :soccer:

  • Handing out flyers at the local gym

    :muscle:

  • Really think where you can have the biggest impact on your Young Rider recruitment and CPH targets!

:trophy:

The Prize (a lot of points are on the table):

  • :medal:

Complete the challenge at a good level = 5 points

  • :rocket:

First 5 hubs to complete it = +2 bonus points

  • :boom:

If it’s a really good initiative, well executed = +5 bonus points

Who has the best ideas and can execute them best? Let’s find out!

:smirk:

:package:

What You Have (Recruitment Kit):

  • :loudspeaker:

1,500 flyers – should start arriving today!

  • :loudspeaker:

2 XXL posters – put one in the hub and one where it will have an big impact (football club, gym, etc.)

  • :loudspeaker:

10 Medium Posters – put them up in high-impact locations!

  • :loudspeaker:

Your connections & team – use them! Ask where they can reach their friends.

    • :iphone:

Maybe they’re in a WhatsApp group and can share it with their community?

    • :camera_with_flash:

Maybe they can post some material on Instagram? (I’ve attached the PDFs of the flyers.)

:loudspeaker:

Share Your Progress in this thread so you can get points!

:rocket:

(with your hub code)!

  • :white_check_mark:

Post photos or videos of your initiative

  • :white_check_mark:

Add a short description of where and how you did it

    • (e.g., “I went to talk to the local football club before practice—there were 30 people aged ±17!“)

Can’t wait to see all the great efforts! Let’s make this a huge success!

:muscle:
:fire:

This will also help you with the bonus prep challenge and could bring in many new onboarders (and even more prizes!)

🤓Don’t forget the back stock! When moving products to their new shelf, always remember to check and reposition any backstock on the top shelves as well!

Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!

Why do we do shelf changes?

Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.

For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.

This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.

If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
