We use Rescue bags to resell products that would otherwise be wasted. To improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints, we have upgraded to Rescue Bag Builder V2 in HubOne.
đ What's New in V2?
The system now automates quality control with Smart Rules to ensure every bag meets our premium standards:
Category Validation: The app now automatically blocks incompatible items (e.g., you cannot add household cleaners to a Bakery bag).
Variety Thresholds (SKU Min/Max): To ensure a "grocery basket" feel, the builder requires a minimum number of unique items and caps the quantity allowed per individual SKU.
Value Protection: Live pricing tracking ensures bags stay within the specific Minimum and Maximum value range.
How to use the Builder
Select Bag Type: Choose from Standard, XL, Fruit & Veg, Bread, Meat & Fish, or Alcohol.
Review Guidelines: A Guidelines Pop-up will appear showing specific requirements for that bag type. You can re-open this at any time using the (i) icon.
Scan Items: Add your products. The builder will track the total value in real-time.
Note: If an item is red or blocked, it likely violates a category or variety rule.
Finish & Sync: Click "Finish Bag" to complete the process.
â ď¸ Important: Flink Rescue bags are only added to the hub inventory once you click "Finish Bag"!
Our Quality Standards
It is better to build fewer, high-quality bags than many low-quality ones. If you cannot meet the SKU variety requirements for a "Standard" bag, consider if the items fit better in a specialized "Meat" or "Fruit & Veg" bag instead.
