Key updates you can't miss____________________________________

New Process: Collaborative Inbound - Go live tomorrow 19.02.25

What's New?

The list creation and dropping parts in HubOne will be split, so multiple OAs can collaborate by creating and dropping lists:

  1. List Creation: After preparing a dropping list, you save it to make it available for everyone in the hub.

  2. Dropping: Other OAs can claim a list and drop it, using the Zebra with all relevant information (shelf number, stock, facings), and save their progress.

Why?

  • Clear task division makes inbound faster, as each OA is focussed on one task (scanning or dropping)

  • Improved Accuracy through focused tasks

  • Efficiency as there is no need to write shelf numbers on boxes anymore

  • No more lost dropping lists as the process can be saved in the app

More Information:

👉Here you can find a detailed presentation

👉Here you can find a video demo

📲An EduMe Guide will be shared with all OAs/OA+ visible in the Training Section of the WF App

The process will go live tomorrow - 19.02.25

Flunch V2 - Full Release on Thursday, 20.02.25 at 6 am

Only applicable for: Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Capelle, Delft, Dordrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, and Utrecht (the rest is already live)

This Thursday morning, we will switch all remaining hubs over to our new Flink Webpunch (Flunch) V2.
This is a new technical setup which connects Webpunch directly with the WF App to avoid delays coming from Quinyx.

What does this mean?

  • The main difference is that hubs need to log in to the Webpunch Tablet with their goflink (Okta) credentials instead of Quinyx login.

  • The punch-in/out process remains unchanged.

👉 Please read all details about the change here.

To be prepared for the update, please:

  • Make sure you know your Hub account Okta credentials (same as for the hub portal)

  • Make sure the Okta Authentication is set up with the Hub Phone - you might need this to verify the login.

  • Here is how to change the phone linked to the account

In case of any questions or issues, please use #flunch-v2-hypercare where our teams will be available for hypercare.

You are invited: CLA E-Commerce roundtable discussion!

On May 1st, 2025, our current e-commerce collective agreement expires. For that reason, talks are now taking place between Flink, other companies in the e-commerce market and Union De Unie, among others.

A large part of you have recently participated in the survey in regards to the CLA renewal, thank you for your valuable input! These results have all been gathered by De Unie. The next stage has now been entered. Upcoming Friday, the 21st of February 2025, there will be an online roundtable discussion between 12:00 and 14:00. In this roundtable discussion you can share your concerns or any questions you might have in regards to the CLA. You do not need to be a member to join this discussion and you do not need to prepare beforehand. Furthermore, you can either join the discussion in your hub or you can join from home, as this is an online roundtable discussion. You only need a laptop.

People working and living in the Amsterdam area are invited to join the conversation at the Headquarters in Amsterdam. Once we receive the list of attendees on Thursday, the People Team will reach out to check who wants to join at the Headquarters.

This is an opportunity for you to be included in a super interesting discussion and witness the development of our new CLA up close.

Register through the website below! Make sure to sign up before February 20th, 2025 before 12:00 o’clock.

Necessary preparations:

  • This week, please return to Lekkerland any emballage that you’re not using.

  • Make sure the hub manager or experienced shift lead is present in the hub on the day/time of the counting.

  • Gather and centralize all emballage stuff at one place in the hub (sorting out the different pieces to make the count easier).

  • Rollcages organized and shared in 4 pcs.

  • Always agree on the counting between Flink employees and the Lekkerland counter.

  • No need to share with us any counting figures, everything will be counted by Lekkelrand

🤓Don’t forget the back stock! When moving products to their new shelf, always remember to check and reposition any backstock on the top shelves as well!

Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!

Why do we do shelf changes?

Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.

For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.

This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.

If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
