Who Can Be on the Operations (Ops) Committee?

  • Regional Manager

  • Regional Hub Manager – Provides guidance, structure, and support

  • OA Committee Chairman – Elected by the committee

  • OA Committee Vice Chairman – Elected by the committee

  • OA Committee Members – 9-10 members in total

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Focus Areas: Set quarterly by the Regional Manager.

  • Core Responsibilities:

    • Visiting Hubs & Engaging with Staff: Each member is responsible for visiting 7-8 hubs and interacting with staff.

    • Identifying Problems: Report issues within the hubs to the Regional Hub Manager or relevant stakeholders.

    • Proposing Solutions: Suggest resolutions to problems found at hubs.

    • Ensuring Process Compliance: Verify that correct processes are being followed at each hub.

  • Time Commitment: 12 hours per week on committee tasks.

Meetings and Interactions

  • Every 2 Weeks: Meeting with the Regional Hub Manager.

  • Semi-Annual Meeting: With the Managing Director (Chairman and Vice Chairman only).

How to Join the OA Committee

  • Nomination: Nominations are put forward by respective Hub Managers.

  • Interview: Nominated candidates are interviewed by the Regional Hub Manager.
