Reminder: Fill out the form about bins in the HUB
Dear Hub Managers, please remember to fill out this form for your Hub(s) regarding the bins you have in the Hub. Please fill it out by this coming Thursday, August 22.

Emballage counting
A new emballage counting is planned for next week (week 35, Aug 26th to Aug 30th) at your hubs. Schedules can be found here. Note that LL will arrive OUTSIDE normal delivery time slots, so be prepared - you'll find the time slot in the file (the two that are still missing, will be communicated as soon as possible).
Necessary preparations:
Over the next few days, please return to Lekkerland any emballage that you’re not using.
Make sure the hub manager or experienced shift lead is present at the hub on the day/time of the counting.
Gather and centralize all emballage stuff at one place in the hub (sorting out the different pieces to make the count easier).
Rollcages organized and shared in 4 pcs.
Always agree on the counting between Flink employees and the Lekkerlands counter.
Pick-up recall
Two weeks ago, there was a recall on product 13132826 - Melkunie Protein Shake Raspberry Strawberry 225ml with BBDs (Best Before Date) 29-09-2024 and 06-10-2024. The quantities per hub have been communicated, and the driver will come by this week to count and discard the stock together. It is important to set the products aside.

Vehicle type now added to the Order Dashboard - Going live this Thursday, August 22
We will show the assigned vehicle type for each rider in the Hub Portal - Order Dashboard. Hub leadership should use this information to make sure Riders are using the actual vehicle they are assigned to. This update will be live on Thursday, August 22.

Weekly Inbound Checker performance update week 34
💡 Process improvements:
Makro Data Correction: The Makro data has been retroactively corrected and is now visible in the IB checker. This should resolve any previous discrepancies.
Batch Size Corrections: We are actively working on correcting the incorrect batch sizes that were identified. Further updates will be provided as we progress.
Inbounded Items Showing as Zero: Several items that were inbounded still appeared on the list with a quantity of 0, despite the stock being correct. We are working on this issue. For now, keep the reason blank.
🚀 Highlight of the week: an improvement of 10% for the hub ROT_CROO, reaching 97%. An excellent improvement. Keep it up!

Shelf changes____________________________________
Shelf changes for Hub 3.0
A big part of the shelf changes involves moving items from an S to an XS shelf, allowing them to be listed in more hubs than they currently are. This aims to increase the assortment size across all hubs, not just in the L or XL hubs.
The relatively empty shelf that is vacated will then be filled with products that can move from M to S, enabling us to progressively fill all shelves from the top down.
This process will be ongoing for the near future, as we need to increase our assortment size to in the end increase our customers’ basket size.
If you have examples where the products don’t fit if we follow the facings for the respective shelf, please flag them via the facings feedback function in Hub Alert.

Please move the products in the list from their old to the new shelf after closure tonight, so they are on their right new shelf by tomorrow morning. The changes in the system will be made overnight.
Notes:
In today's shelf changes, there are some products currently placed on shelf 999X that will be assigned to a new shelf.
It may also happen that some products appear as “New listings”, but you might already have them in stock on shelf 999X. Please check there, and in case you can’t find them, that means you haven’t received them yet.
The shelf changes folder has been already uploaded so feel free to check.
In case there are any doubts about the correctness of the file, we kindly invite you to verify the file name, which includes the accurate date.

New Facings Logic
When you place or restock any product in the Dry section please comply with the storage type (SU, HU) and number of facings that your Zebra is showing. For fridge and freezer products we have not implemented the new facings logic.
Don't forget the backstock 🤓
When making shelf changes, please always remember to reposition the backstock on the top shelves and in the picking course so that there is no confusion when refilling and products can be replenished more quickly.
