šŸ’”Tech Ops: tickets now only via channel

Starting from tomorrow, the tickets for Tech Hub Service can only be created via the #tech_hub_service-nl channel. You will no longer be able to create them by going on the Assist app, as the option Tech Hub Service will no longer be available.

The process for creating tickets remains the same though: enter the summary of the issue in the channel and click Raise a request.

Shelf Changes

____________________________________

🚨Shelf changes only for Hub 3.0

In today's shelf changes, there are some distribution changes specifically for Hub 3.0:

  • Due to the recent rebuild, alm_buit and dor_cent will experience around 80 shelf changes because the shelf mapper is fully syncing.

  • It might happen that some products will appear as new listings, but you may already have them in stock at 999x.

  • Similarly, some products might appear as if they are moving from the 999X shelf. In such cases, please check the 999X shelf.

  • If you can’t find the product there, it means that you haven’t received it yet.

Shelf changes for Hub 3.0: here

The shelf changes will be uploaded in the late afternoon. Please check around that time.
