Today's shelf changes include some distribution changes, so some products might move to shelf 999X and vice-versa.

Here’s the list of shelf changes for Hub 2.0 and Hub 3.0:

The shelf changes will be uploaded to the respective folder in the late afternoon, so check around that time.

Some products might appear as New listings, but you might already have them in stock on 999x. Please check there.

The 1st of May marks the start of safety month. During this month, we will take a deep dive into safety topics. To do this, we need your valued input: please fill in the Safety Quiz - Safety is no accident!

This is a reminder for all hubs to finish the safety assessment. It’s part of the mandatory training for OA+ and SLs.

  • Check your hub’s completion status here

  • Share the Safety Assessment link with your staff who did not complete it yet

For employees who did not pass (below 85%), we will send out the assessment again soon.

From tomorrow onwards, a standard number of bags will be offered each day in the TGTG portal for the hubs below (based on 50% utilisation last week).

💡Updated hub form for accidents

We updated the form to report accidents in the Hub Wiki. With this new improvement, there’s no need to also fill out the incident form.

Here’s how it works:

  • Always try to fill in the form together with the employee

  • No need to fill in the incident form anymore

  • Don’t forget to also fill out a long term sickness ticket if necessary.

💡Ajax flyers promoting the 2touch challenge ⚽

Last week, the 2touch challenge in collaboration with Ajax went live!

By participating in the challenge, our customers can win the prizes described in the flyer below.

We are promoting the raffle in our online communications & through these offline flyers. These should be included in all orders.

💡Quality & delivery issues: Hub Alert WK19

Here’s the summary of last week's delivery and quality issues and actions taken:

1. Inbound issues: Driessen Spareribs gegaard 1000 gram

  • Description: Hub inbound issue - EAN was not updated in the system.

  • Action taken by SC: Update EAN in the system.

  • Action for the hub: Inbound the delivered item if this hasn’t been done yet.

2. Inbound: damaged items in the hub

  • Description: Outbounding items before inbounding them, causing supplier fill rate issues.

  • Action taken by SC: -

  • Action for the hub: Inbounding is necessary when all items are delivered, even if the quality is bad. After inbounding, outbound the items correctly (e.g., Delivery issue/ damaged item or expired). See more about it here.
