🚨Stats in Workforce App - Live Thu 21 Mar

Riders / OAs can now see Performance and Compliance stats in the Workforce App.

What’s changed?

  • Riders will see different stats in the app, the same ones that their performance is evaluated on.

  • OAs will see their stats in the app for the first time.

  • Employee will see their compliance stats for the first time in the app

Process

  • Performance Stats

    • Go to the ‘Stats’ Tab in the Menu

    • Filter the view for the time period

    • Filter options:

      • Last completed shift (not during the current shift)

      • Last 12 calendar weeks (if available)

  • Compliance Stats

    • Stay within the ‘Stats’ Tab

    • Always select a ”week period” to see Compliance Stats

    • Scroll down to see your Compliance Stats

  • You can toggle between Ops Associate & Rider stats if your staff works both roles.

💡Priority Delivery

Customers that live close to the hubs may see an additional delivery option in checkout, with an optimistic delivery promise (PDT-10 min) for an additional fee of 1.99€.

What’s changed?

  • Nothing for the process. These orders will automatically skip the queue and be assigned faster. As always, do your best to have them picked and en-route as quickly as possible.

  • You will see them displayed on the Hub Portal with a short planned window time. Currently, there is a bug with the display of the fulfilment time, shown as NaN:NaN. This will be fixed in the near future.

When scanning a shelf, products will now show in descending order based on the quantity in stock!

🚨Shelf Changes

Today we are going to have some overnight shelf changes for HUB 3.0 and 2.0.
Some products will be moved from 999X to a new shelf, you can find the SKUs below:

Please find the overnight shelf changes for HUB 3.0 here.
For Hub 3.0, we've made a change to the picking route by relocating the banana (13133909 - Bananen premium 5st) to the end. Although the shelf changes, it's now assigned to a new shelf, please continue to place it next to this new shelf in the crates, just as you usually would.

  • For now please inbound what is being delivered on the new SKU: 115901589 Corona Cero 0.0% 330ml.

  • For the stock of the old sku 13134210 Corona Cero 6-pack 33cl, please make a negative correction for the six-packs and inbound it on the single sku: 115901589 Corona Cero 0.0% 330ml

  • IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the new stock goes times 6
    Ex. 13134210 Corona Cero 6-pack 33cl inventory is 10 > 115901589 Corona Cero 0.0% 330ml inventory would go to 60.

🚨Inventory correction BBQ worst 2x100g

Due to the wrong EAN code in the system the inventory of SKU: 13131559 BBQ worst 2x100g was inbounded wrongly.

Process

  • Please outbound the inventory on 13134839 BBQ worst 2x100g.

  • Inbound them on the correct SKU > 13131559 BBQ worst 2x100g (EAN 8720648905162)

  • Correct SKU is 13131559 BBQ worst 2x100g
