šŸ’”On Trip Compliance Test - iOS issue

For two weeks we are now testing the new On Trip Compliance Feature in the WF App with 50% of our riders (see here).

Currently there is an issue with the features that it falsely shows riders as delayed already since the start of their trip (riders using iOS).

This is a known bug and the team is working on a fix.

If you notice any other issue with the feature, please keep reporting them in #tech-hub-service-nl

šŸ’”Bundle Temp Solution - disabled again

The solution to avoid the zero stock orders caused by bundles that we had in place is temporarily removed due to the increase in waste and OOS perception for our customers.

Please note: the team is looking into a long-term solution.

šŸ’”No more back soon / snel terug

There’s a new Out of Stock (OOS) experience rolled out in NL that optimises for higher conversion rates. In this experience, customer finds out about OOS before checkout and is offered substitutes that are in stock
