šŸ’”On Trip Compliance A/B Test - live Wed Jan 10

Starting tomorrow, we will test a new On Trip Compliance feature in the Workforce App with 50% of riders across all hubs.

What’s changed?

  • Currently, riders have no visibility on their ETA performance during their way to the customer.

  • This initiative is intended to improve rider handling time by making sure that riders are aware of their ETA and are compliant on their journey to the customer and back to the hub.

  • Starting tomorrow, Jan 10, half of all riders (random selection) will see this new feature on their delivery screen. The other half will continue to see the current screen.

Process

  • During delivery, the riders will see a new component with the ETA for them to arrive to the customer, based on cycling estimates. This component has three stages:

    • On time (green): the rider is within the threshold of the arriving ETA.

    • Time is running out (orange): the rider is still on time but might be experiencing delay as the arriving ETA is getting closer.

    • Delayed (red): the rider will be delayed as the remaining cycling time is still high and the arriving ETA will not be reached.

  • The ETA starts once the rider is ā€˜en route’ and ends when he swipes ā€˜arrived’ at the customer. It restarts after every order.

šŸ“²Make sure riders are using the latest version of the Workforce App to see the new feature.

šŸ’” BHV / First Aid Training Dates

We still have a few open slots for the BHV/ first aid training. Note that we always need to have at least 1 trained BHVer / first aider on site. Your certificate is valid for 1 year only, after this you need to do a re-training.

See the BHV Master sheet for available slots.

If you have signed up and cannot go anymore, please ask your Hub manager to take you off the list and leave space available for others that can go.

For any questions, please contact Mariette Kraak.

🚨Fridge temperature settings

To ensure food safety and expand the food lifetime in our fridges, it is important that our fridges are set to the correct temperatures. All fridges have two different settings that should be set correctly:
1. The SET temperature (the preferred temperature)
2. The TOLERANCE temperature (max variations in temperatures)

See the video of how to change and set these on your fridges here Fridge-temperature-check

For any questions please contact Mariette Kraak
