🚨Keeping warm during winter - AC’s, plastic flaps and automatic doors
Keep the air conditioning on in the normal programme. Check that the temperature is set to 21 degrees.
The entrance is equipped with plastic flap curtains, if not installed but stored at location please place them yourself.
If the curtains are there and too long, make sure to cut these off to the correct height. Make sure that the curtains slightly overlap each other for the best result.
If you have automatic doors with warm air curtains, make sure that this is working and doors are closing automatically.
If you have any issues with your AC or missing plastic flaps please make a ticket via [Property Management and External Services]
No additional electronic heaters can be used due to electricity overload on our system.
💡 Anticimex, mice and the hub portal
During the winter season mice are more likely to enter your hubs. Therefore make sure that the following are in order in your hub to prevent any mice entries
Make sure your doors stays closed as far as possible
Clean under your fridges, freezers and shelves with a swiffer on weekly basis
Store all your clothing, backpacks and other bags off the ground either hang them up or store in shelves.
Check if your doors can all close off 100%, mice can fit through a hole the size of a normal pen
All hubs have received a login to the Anticimex portal. Anyone responsible for a shift should at all times be able to open this portal during an inspection. Make sure you know where to find it. The activation email was sent on 25 January 2023.

💡 When to Outbound Grapes
A Brief Reflection on White Grapes
Looking back, we've encountered a few hiccups with our white grapes, mostly due to factors beyond our control, like the unpredictable climate during harvesting. Today, we're bringing you an update on the current season for our white grapes.
Grape Quality Checklist
Stems: Ideal stems are green, sturdy, and adept at holding grapes. If you spot very brown stems that can't support grapes, it's time to consider outbounding or TGTG.
Grapes: Seek out grapes that are round, vibrant, and full of color. If they start to look soft and lose their color, their shelf life may be limited.
🍇Brazilian Grape Alert!🍇
In the upcoming weeks, our supplier is sending white grapes with a higher sugar content. The catch? They might look a bit darker, but trust us—they taste even better than the picture-perfect ones.
