SAP

SAP is the tool that every employee uses to manage their own HR matters. Here, you can access a variety of information, such as your pay slips, your personal information and your and your team's time off. You can also enter certain requests, such as vacation time.

Set-up and log in

Setting up SAP

Usually, you log in to SAP for the first time when you join the company. The process is as follows:

  1. You receive an email to set up your account.

  2. Click on the link in the email with the username provided.

  3. Create your password according to the instructions.

Logging in on SAP

  1. Access SAP here.

  2. Enter your log in credentials.

  3. Enter the code from OKTA.

SAP overview

Front page

  • On the top-right, click on your profile picture. In there, you will find the settings for your account. Here, you have a variety of functions, such as your language settings, for example.

    • Underneath, in the Admin Center, you can search for specific topics of your interest.

    • You also have other functions, such as logging out.

  • Under "Quick Actions", you have several important functions to manage your personal matters. The most relevant ones are explained in the dropdowns below.

  • Below, under "Organizational Updates", you can find updates related to you, such as new payslips.

Quick Actions

Request time off

In here, you can request sick leave or vacation. Do as follows:

  1. Click on "Request time off".

  2. Under "Time Type", choose the type of time off you need.

    1. If you choose "Sick leave", follow the process here.

  3. Select the days you're off in the calendar.

  4. Once you're done, press "Submit".

  5. You will receive an email from SAP once your manager accepts/declines your request.

My Profile

Here you will find all your personal information, such as your address, contacts, emergency contacts, bank details, contract-related information, among other categories.

Org Chart

In this category, you can find the organizational chart of your team.

Team Absences

This is a useful category to see all the absences of your team members.

  • To help you keep track of vital personal information, such as your time off, pay slips and other information shared with the company

  • To provide you a place to submit important documents, such as sick notes, and execute certain actions, such as requesting vacations.
