[INFO] New banner in Hub Dashboard - ⚠️Picking Bottleneck - live Thur 3 Aug
To create awareness of the importance of prioritizing picking, we have a new banner that will only be displayed at the top of the Hub Dashboard when you need to get more staff (available riders) to help with picking. The banner will disappear once you have the amount of pickers needed to be busy picking.
Picking is the most important task to prioritize in the hub in order to:
Increase stacking (orders only get stacked when picked)
Reduce avg. delivery time
Increase utilization rate (due to more stacking & less rides)
To help you take action, this change includes displaying the number of total pickers needed below ‘packing’ instead of below ‘ready to pick’. That way you can see the gap between the total number of those packing and the total number of those needed.

[ACTION] Sick Leave Requests
Starting today (01-08-2023), sick leave requests will be picked up by the Sick Leave Script in Quinyx, which will provide the correct logging of the request (Sick Day/Wait Day). The output of this Bot will be processed by the Rider Support Team the next day, to ensure the correct shift type is displayed in Quinyx.
For this to be successful, we need you to not process any sick leave requests in Quinyx that are put in. Please inform your Shift Leads about this as well, and instruct them to just take the call of the employee and not touch the request in Quinyx.
Riders have to put in a sick leave request for the entire day and call the hub. It is important to have them put in a request for the entire day.
If an employee falls ill during a shift, please have this processed manually by yourself or your Shift lead.
