There are safety measures to have in the hub when the temperatures rise to higher levels specified below. |
Process
When the temperature is 25 degrees and above:
Ensure sufficient cold water is available in the hub and encourage employees to
hydrate often.Wear airy cloth - the Flink t-shirt. Shorts that are representative of the company are allowed.
Ensure sunscreen is available and encourage riders to use this (order via Amazon
on Coupa).Pay close attention that no one is overheated and allow for breaks if necessary.
If the hub gets above 27 degrees and the ventilation or air conditioner is not working:
contact your CM to discuss the closure of the hub.Employees can be asked to work in a nearby hub.
In case of medical issues, contact your CM immediately.
