Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I'm having issues installing the app. What should I do?
If the Hub app store doesn't work, scan the QR Code below using Google Lens on your Zebra. This will open a link to the app. Save the app to your home screen for easy access.
Do I need to create a ticket for the same recurring issue every day?
Yes, please. Creating a ticket every time provides us with valuable data to identify long-term patterns and resolve the root cause of the problem with our suppliers.
Why is it important to create tickets immediately?
Reporting issues as soon as you discover them allows us to investigate and process claims with our suppliers within the required timeframe. Waiting until the end of the day can mean we miss the window to get credit for damaged or missing goods.
I have a question about a ticket that is already pending.
For questions about existing tickets, please use the #ask-about-hub-alert Slack channel or add a comment directly to the ticket in the Airtable dashboard.
