Your payslip contains important information, including your employee number, your gross salary, and your net payment.
Employee details
In the top right corner you will find your Employee details related to your employment, such as:
Period: this is the period you have been paid for.

Tax credit: A tax credit is a discount on your wage tax, you can choose whether this discount is applied: “Yes from 07.11.2022”.
Different types of hours
Worked hours: the hours of work per week are agreed upon in your employment contract. This can be a fixed number of hours from 0 to 40.
Additional hours: the hours worked above the minimum hours per week and below the maximum hours.
Overtime: the hours worked more than the full-time 40 hours per week. By contractual exception, this can be the maximum hours of your contract.
Vacation hours: if you register vacation hours in Quinyx, these will appear as 100% paid vacation hours on your payslip (not shown in this example).
Sickness pay (85% or 100%): when you are entitled to 85% or 100% sickness pay, this will be added on your payslip as a 15% and 30% sickness pay on top of your normal sickness pay (70%).

Other features
Holiday allowance: each period you are paid a holiday allowance. This is a gross payment of 8% of your total gross salary.

Hourly rate, CLA and cumulative amounts
On the bottom left, you will see additional information regarding your hourly rate and CLA. Here, you also find the minimum hourly rate, your pay scale in relation to the CLA, worked hours for this period and the percentage of the special tax rate. Additionally, your payslip shows how much you have been paid so far in this calendar year on the bottom right, under Cumulative amounts.
