The Rider hiring process outlines the steps from the initial application to the official hiring of new Riders.
Process
Interested parties apply online as a Rider.
The applicant fills in their hub preference, working days + working hours, and whether they are willing to become an Ops Associate.
The applicant follows the EduMe tutorial where information about Flink is provided. They also have to complete an online quiz.
NOTE: There is no physical meeting until the onboarding shift, unless an applicant has come through the Operations Associate funnel. In this case, they meet the Hub Manager for 10 minutes.
Applicants' personal information and documents will be checked automatically by Onfido.
If all the information and documents are correct and there is an active hiring target for the hub, the contract will be sent online and can be signed online.
After successfully signing the contract, the onboarding process can begin.
