Delistings

Icon

Delistings are discontinued products that must be removed from the stock/inventory. This means they must be outbounded from the inventory and removed from the shelves.

Process

  1. We have a monthly listings and delisting procedure. This means that, once a month, there will be a big round of delistings on the first Tuesday of the month, and new products arriving on the following Wednesday.

  2. The list with delistings is shared (every Tuesday 3PM in #nl_all-hub-staff) in the Weekly Hub Newsletter.

  3. You can access the list of the current week through this folder. Here, you also find a complete list of all previously delisted products, in case you need to double check previous delistings.

    • You can scan the barcodes on the print-out/screen in the list to see the shelf number and stock levels of the products to book them out.

  4. Book the delisted products out of the inventory and throw them out (use the outbound option 'Product Expired' or 'Rescue Bag' if you add them to a Rescue bag).
