Remove all products from the shelf and store them in a clean container.
Make sure that the products remain in the right order so that the FIFO principle is respected.
Clean the surface of the shelf with disinfectant and a damp cloth.
Let it rest for a minute and make sure it is dry.
Place the products back on the shelf according to the FIFO rule.
Ensure the products are arranged in neat rows and are easy to grab. Make sure to place the products according to the correct storage type (SU/HU) and the specified number of facings.
Remove any unnecessary outer packaging and make the best use of the shelf to keep as many products as possible on it.
Note: always make sure that your hub as a shelf space numbered 999X for the dry shelves, another for the freezer, and another for the fridge. This is not a regularly planned shelf, but a separate space for unassigned products/ products missing shelf assignment. These products will be given this shelf number in HubOne app when inbounding. If your hub lacks a 999X shelf, be sure to find an empty shelf at the end of the picking parkour and label it 999x.
