[REMINDER] Submitting Hub Alerts for Delivery Issues

We want to remind every hub to use Hub Alert for delivery issues. When there are large quantities of items being discarded, it is critical to create a ticket and make sure that there is a comment given with a small description of the issue. Having this information helps us to directly understand what has gone wrong. Hub Alert is there to provide another source of information for delivery issues and check on the quality of our products.

  • Submit a ticket before outbounding

  • Insert the correct SKU

  • Provide a clear photo

  • Leave a comment/ description

Tickets that belong under Delivery Issues

  • Perished/ Bad Quality Items:

    • Mouldy/ blackened items.

    • Badly bruised/ crushed items.

  • Roll Container issues:

    • Stacking Issues:

      • Fresh and dry products packed together

      • Heavy products (beverages) on top of dry products (chips/cereals/bread etc.)

      • Badly stacked roll containers that lead to damages during delivery

  • Broken/ damaged Packaging:

    • Items that have broken boxes due to delivery.

    • Items have continuously arrived damaged due to the packaging.

    • Short best before date (THT/BBD)

  • Take a clear photo of the packaging and the date on it.

[INFO] Test - Staff can set weekly max hours

  • In the below cities, we are testing a Quinyx feature to increase workforce availability. Riders/OAs are able to set there the max amount of hours they can work per week. Then they can add availability for all the days they want. This will help our employees feel more confident that they won’t be assigned more than the max hours they’ve set. This should make shift planning easier for everyone.

  • If you’re in one of these cities, tell your staff about setting weekly max hours in Quinyx!

    • Alkmaar

    • Almere

    • Apeldoorn

    • Delft

    • Den Haag

    • Eindhoven

    • Spijkenisse

ℹ️ For more info refer staff to the Help Centre.

Emails sent to this address will receive an automated reply to re-direct them to the right contact form or email address.
